Returns & Exchanges
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date of delivery. Items can be returned for a refund or exchange within this period, excluding original delivery charges.
If 14 days have passed since receiving your order, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:
• Items must be unused and in the same condition as received
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• All tags must remain attached
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:
• Socks, tights, and underwear
• Intimate or sanitary goods
• Any hygiene-related products
Custom-made items are non-returnable.
Additional non-returnable items include:
• Gift cards
• Downloadable software products
• Selected health and personal care items
How to Return Your Item
Please email us at info@kidzemporium.com with your order number before returning your item.
Once confirmed, please send your return to:

Please ensure you include a note inside your parcel with your order number and full name, as this helps us quickly identify and process your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.
We strongly recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage, as items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
• Check your bank account again
• Contact your card provider (processing times may vary)
• Contact your bank

Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be issued for:
• Items showing signs of use
• Items not in original condition
• Items returned after the 14-day period
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be refunded. However, they may be returned for an exchange or store credit only.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery.
To arrange an exchange, please email info@kidzemporium.com with your order details before returning your item.
Once received and approved, we will arrange your exchange. Please note:
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility
• A delivery fee will be required before the exchanged item is dispatched
Gifts
If your item was marked as a gift and sent directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
