Any orders which arrive damaged, missing upon receipt, or do not arrive must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery via our online contact form or by emailing info@kidzemporium.com.
We will then contact our delivery partners to investigate. Please note this process can take up to 28 working days to be resolved, either by issuing a full refund or sending replacement items. As our delivery partners are third-party companies, we must work within their timescales. This does not affect your statutory rights.
