Any orders which arrive damaged or missing upon receipt need to be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery via our online contact form or by emailing us on info@kidzemporium.com. We will then contact our delivery partners to investigate this matter, this can take up to 28 working days to be resolved either by you receiving a full refund or replacement items being sent out to you.
