  • Letterbox sized items (approx 3-5 working days) - £1.99
  • Standard Tracked Delivery (approx 3-5 working days) - £4.99
  • Express Tracked Delivery (approx 1-2 working days, orders must be placed by 11am between Monday - Friday, weekend/bank holiday orders will be processed the following working day) - £9.99

As orders are fulfilled by our delivery partners, we are unable to guarantee the delivery time frame stated.

Any orders which arrive damaged or missing upon receipt need to be notified to us within 24 hours of delivery via our online contact form or by emailing us on info@kidzemporium.com. We will then contact our delivery partners to investigate this matter, this can take up to 28 working days to be resolved either by you receiving a full refund or replacement items being sent out to you. As our delivery partners are third party companies we therefore have to work within the time scale quoted by them. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Delivery and invoice addresses do not need to be the same. You can have your package delivered to your work address. Please note, once orders have been dispatched and passed on to our delivery partners, we are unable to cancel orders. You will need to go through our returns process to return the item.

Our standard delivery times are stated by our delivery partners and these are estimated times which we have no control over.
Orders placed after 4pm will be fulfilled the following working day. Orders placed on a Friday after 4pm, will be fulfilled on Monday.
